Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows 10/11 workstations and enterprise software
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for 200+ federal employees via ticketing systems
- Implement network security protocols including VPN access and endpoint protection
- Document IT infrastructure changes using ITIL-compliant processes
- Collaborate with cybersecurity team on NIST compliance initiatives
- Manage Active Directory permissions and group policies
- Support cloud migration projects for Microsoft 365 environments
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise IT support experience with Windows environments
- Active Security+ or CompTIA Security certification required
- Expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, and SCCM
- Experience supporting federal clients with NIST 800-53 compliance
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash) for automation
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration
- Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance (sponsoring available)
