Responsibilities
- Delight patients with compassionate care during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Assist with patient mobility, vital sign monitoring, and medication administration
- Maintain sterile environments and strict infection control protocols
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure seamless patient transitions
- Document patient observations accurately in electronic health records
- Respond promptly to patient requests and emergency situations
- Support facility-wide weekend operations including admissions and discharges
Qualifications
- Current CPR/BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year clinical or patient care experience
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours with occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Strong communication skills in diverse healthcare settings
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends and holidays
- Proficiency with EMR systems (Epic preferred)
