- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures as needed
- Collaborate with event teams to ensure seamless operations
- Distribute promotional materials and manage inventory
- Document incident reports and guest feedback professionally
Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor conditions
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Reliable transportation to event locations
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the US
- Basic knowledge of New Orleans landmarks a plus
