Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event infrastructure including staging, seating, and signage
- Manage guest registration and attendee flow at VIP and general admission areas
- Execute event-specific protocols including crowd control and emergency procedures
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for seamless service delivery
- Maintain brand standards through professional appearance and conduct
- Operate basic AV equipment and assist with tech troubleshooting
- Document post-event metrics and incident reports
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays with flexible scheduling
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours and lift 30 lbs
- Valid government-issued photo ID and reliable transportation
- Professional demeanor under pressure and in fast-paced environments
- Basic smartphone proficiency for digital check-in systems
- 18+ years of age (alcohol events require TABC certification)
