- Managing full-cycle recruitment for weekend-shift contract positions
- Conducting virtual interviews and technical assessments remotely
- Utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and other ATS platforms
- Building talent pipelines for emerging tech companies in NYC
- Collaborating with hiring managers to define weekend-shift requirements
- Ensuring compliance with EEOC and NY labor regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with contract/freelance placements
- Proven track record of weekend shift scheduling flexibility
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates for engineering roles
- Proficiency in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
