Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for daily shipment.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory shipments.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure the warehouse facility remains clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Utilize handheld scanners to track package movement through the facility.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet strict daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven ability to lift up to 40 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Phoenix work site.
- Strong attention to detail and basic mathematical skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.
- Willingness to submit to a standard background check and drug screening.
- Prior warehouse, logistics, or general labor experience is preferred, but not required—we provide paid training!
