Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for daily shipment.
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing delivery trucks by hand or using basic warehouse equipment.
- Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material handling tools safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in full compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform routine inventory cycle counts and inspect products for defects or damages.
- Meet or exceed daily productivity, accuracy, and safety targets.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Proven physical stamina; ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Oklahoma City facility.
- Strong attention to detail and basic mathematical and counting skills.
- Excellent punctuality and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Prior warehouse, fulfillment, or general labor experience is highly preferred but not strictly required—we provide paid training!
