Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for daily shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory shipments.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with all safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet and exceed daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Allentown facility.
- Strong attention to detail and basic mathematical skills.
- Excellent time management and ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
- Prior warehouse or logistics experience is preferred, but not required—we provide paid training!
