Responsibilities
- Process and package customer orders with precision using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in a safe, efficient manner
- Conduct inventory audits and maintain accurate warehouse records
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving teams for timely order fulfillment
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Train on warehouse management systems and automated equipment
- Support cross-functional teams during peak operational periods
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work 2nd or 3rd shift (10-12 hour shifts)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
