Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package orders for same-day delivery
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scanners) following safety protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and digital records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Adhere to quality control standards for all outgoing shipments
- Support facility cleanliness and organization standards
- Participate in daily safety briefings and process improvements
Qualifications
- Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 2 PM or 10 AM - 6 PM)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
- Valid CA driver's license (if operating equipment)
- Reliable transportation to Mission St location
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
