Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Load, unload, and transport merchandise efficiently within the warehouse facility.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately select items from inventory and prepare them for shipment using RF scanners.
- Inventory Control: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and reporting discrepancies immediately.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment as certified.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- General Maintenance: Keep workstations and aisles clean, organized, and safe for all team members.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Focus: Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and a strong work ethic are essential.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
