Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials and products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Package and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and safety standards are met.
- Organize warehouse inventory and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Follow all safety protocols and company regulations to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock management as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to submit to a background check and drug screen.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to the Wichita facility.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures (warehouse environment).
- Strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude.
