Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to move inventory.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to strict quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist in cycle counting and inventory reconciliation to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Material Receiving: Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify quantities against packing slips.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company regulations at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and colleagues to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or general labor is preferred but not required.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Reliability: A consistent work history and reliable transportation are mandatory.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass a background check.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new software quickly.
