Responsibilities
- Execute order fulfillment including picking, packing, and scanning items efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Perform regular inventory counts and manage stock levels with high accuracy.
- Operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification preferred but training available).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload trucks following standard safety protocols and documentation procedures.
- Assist in general warehouse maintenance and organization projects.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with barcode scanners.
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
