Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using hand trucks and pallet jacks.
- Assist in the accurate packing, labeling, and shipping of orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain organized stockrooms.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures strictly.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding stock levels and potential workflow issues.
Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, specifically Saturdays and Sundays.
- Physically fit and capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory accuracy and scanning.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Baltimore facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
