Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 99.9% accuracy using handheld scanners.
- Operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts), pallet jacks, and material handling equipment.
- Conduct regular quality control checks on incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (5S standards).
- Load and unload trailers efficiently during the night shift window.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory for reliable candidates.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate warehouse management software.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability.
