Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery and forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials.
- Perform picking, packing, and shipping tasks with high accuracy and speed.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain organized stockrooms.
- Ensure all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines are followed at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks using proper material handling equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
