Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and stage merchandise using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping.
- Inventory Control: Maintain organized stockrooms and assist with inventory counts to ensure accuracy.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and verify shipment contents against packing lists.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to OSHA safety standards and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Facility Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, orderly, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Work Ethic: Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Basic Skills: Ability to read and understand basic instructions and labels.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency for team coordination.
