Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently.
- Perform order picking, packing, and shipping duties according to strict quality standards.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and stock replenishment to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Load and unload trucks accurately and efficiently to meet daily production targets.
- Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and team members to resolve any operational issues.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Atlanta facility.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
