Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet strict delivery deadlines.
- Inventory Control: Assist with inventory counts, stock organization, and maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a secure work environment for yourself and your team.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Shift Support: Collaborate with the team to ensure daily production targets are met efficiently.
Qualifications
- Reliability: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), and perform repetitive motions.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training for motivated candidates.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
