Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, packages, and materials safely and efficiently.
- Verify inventory accuracy and organize stock according to established safety procedures.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks with precision after receiving on-site safety certification.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and housekeeping standards.
- Assist in packing orders and preparing shipments for local and regional distribution.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding inventory status and potential issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory for this role.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new warehouse management systems.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality are essential.
- Valid state ID and eligibility to work in the United States.
