Your Role
As a Night Shift Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate handling of goods within our warehouse facility.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stage incoming shipments to verify accuracy against packing lists.
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack, or Hand Truck) safely and efficiently.
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipping using appropriate packaging materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory management and cycle counting procedures.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies regarding heavy lifting and equipment usage.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
