Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damages and ensure accurate documentation and labeling.
- Organize and maintain stockroom areas to ensure maximum accessibility and inventory flow.
- Prepare orders for shipping using appropriate packaging materials and machinery.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Perform cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a warehouse environment.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners or warehouse management systems.
- Reliable transportation and valid government-issued ID for onboarding.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
