Responsibilities
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and shipping of merchandise to meet daily targets and deadlines.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing products for damage and ensure all quality control standards are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload trucks utilizing proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization as directed by management.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be willing to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Chicago facility.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
