Responsibilities
- Perform daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of merchandise to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks efficiently.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify accuracy against purchase orders.
- Assist in inventory management, stock organization, and cycle counting.
- Adhere to all company policies, quality assurance procedures, and attendance requirements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Houston facility.
