Responsibilities
- Execute accurate picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders with speed and precision.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification training available).
- Perform daily inventory counts and reconcile stock variances.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in adherence to safety protocols.
- Assist in loading and unloading freight trucks, ensuring proper handling of goods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning labels and logging data.
