Responsibilities
- Execute picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Load and unload trailers and trucks safely, ensuring cargo is secured properly.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards.
- Perform routine inventory checks and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including pallet jacks or forklifts (certification preferred but training available).
- Assist in general warehouse maintenance and organization tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer literacy is preferred.
