Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and process incoming and outgoing merchandise with speed and accuracy.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management software to track inventory levels.
- Ensure all packaging materials are used efficiently and orders are correctly labeled.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in the physical arrangement of stock in the warehouse to optimize workflow.
- Report any damaged goods or equipment issues to the shift supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is preferred but not required.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn inventory systems quickly.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
