Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately process customer orders and prepare packages for shipment using standard warehouse equipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and conducting regular stock checks.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse machinery.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all items meet quality standards before shipping.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse area clean, organized, and safe at all times, adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork, including packing slips and delivery forms, accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not required.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to follow instructions carefully.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic Skills: Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy (typing and data entry).
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time shifts, including weekends or holidays as needed.
