Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely operate pallet jacks and forklifts to load and unload shipments from delivery trucks.
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and stock merchandise accurately to maintain high inventory accuracy.
- Packaging & Shipping: Prepare and seal packages for shipping using proper materials and techniques to ensure damage-free delivery.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Quality Control: Identify damaged goods or discrepancies immediately and report them to management.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads to meet daily production targets and operational deadlines.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctual attendance and a strong work ethic is essential.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends or overtime as business needs arise.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills to follow safety protocols and work instructions.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates.
