- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Space Optimization: Organize storage areas to maximize efficiency and maintain a clutter-free environment.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or damaged goods immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for qualified candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass a background check.
- Equipment Skills: Forklift certification is a major plus, but on-the-job training is available.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
- Attention to Detail: Must be meticulous in counting and sorting items.
