We are looking for individuals who take pride in accuracy and efficiency. As a temporary associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our distribution center operates smoothly during the critical night window.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, safely and according to protocols.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring proper handling of all merchandise.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all warehouse tasks.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts and weekends as required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to verify order accuracy.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
