Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare and package orders accurately for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Inventory Management: Assist in cycle counts and maintaining accurate stock levels within the warehouse.
- Site Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and a strong work ethic are essential.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills; ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours (Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to different tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
