Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure stock accuracy and organization.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and strict deadlines.
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies immediately.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks and ensuring cargo security.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for immediate start.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Forklift certification is highly desirable but training is available.
