Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify incoming shipments for accuracy, completeness, and quality control.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform daily inventory counts and update stock records with high precision.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve logistical bottlenecks.
- Operate handheld scanners (RF guns) to process shipments and update tracking systems.
- Assist in packing orders for distribution to clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Basic computer literacy is an asset.
