The Role
We are currently hiring Warehouse Associates to support our logistics partners in Manhattan. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with the potential for long-term employment.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using proper equipment.
- Organize inventory and maintain accurate stock counts.
- Assist in packing, labeling, and preparing shipments for delivery.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification preferred).
- Ensure the workspace remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid New York State ID.
