Responsibilities
- Load, unload, sort, and stage merchandise using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Package and prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies accurately.
- Assist in general warehouse maintenance and equipment upkeep.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic math skills for inventory and scanning.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Experience operating warehouse machinery (e.g., forklift, cherry picker) is a plus but not required.
