Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehousing tasks including picking, packing, and scanning inventory with high accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company protocols.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks during designated shift windows to ensure timely distribution.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Ability to work night shifts (typically 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) and weekends as required.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners or warehouse management software.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and overtime opportunities.
