Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) to load and unload shipments efficiently.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in the warehouse management system.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Package, label, and prepare goods for shipping and distribution.
- Assist in organizing warehouse aisles and maintaining a clutter-free workspace.
- Conduct routine quality checks on incoming and outgoing merchandise.
- Communicate effectively with the day shift team to ensure seamless handover of duties.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Ability to work flexible night shift schedules and weekends as needed.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must possess a valid forklift certification (if required for the role).
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
