Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts through cycle counting and reconciliation processes
- Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards
- Train on warehouse management software (WMS) and digital tracking tools
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills and proficiency with inventory tracking systems
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
