Responsibilities
- Architect and own the comprehensive 'Vision 2026' technology roadmap, aligning emerging tech initiatives with overarching business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to prototype and deploy next-generation solutions.
- Conduct deep-dive research into future tech trends, including advanced AI, Web3, and spatial computing, to maintain our competitive edge.
- Partner with executive leadership to secure funding and resources for high-impact innovation sprints.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and adoption of 2026 initiative rollouts.
- Represent FutureForge at top-tier industry conferences, showcasing our forward-looking projects and thought leadership.
- Mitigate strategic risks by ensuring all 2026 tech stacks are compliant with future regulatory and security standards.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, enterprise architecture, or advanced software engineering.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale, forward-looking digital transformation projects from ideation to execution.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically large language models (LLMs), quantum computing concepts, and decentralized systems.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts for executive and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (MBA is a strong plus).
- Experience operating in highly agile, fast-paced, and venture-backed startup environments.
- Demonstrated ability to think 3-5 years ahead of the current technology curve and build actionable plans to get there.
