Responsibilities
- Define and execute the overarching AI strategy and product roadmap leading into 2026.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and sales to align AI initiatives with business goals.

- Oversee the development of next-generation machine learning models and their integration into core platforms.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of AI researchers and product managers.
- Present strategic updates, performance metrics, and ROI projections to the executive board and key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (8+ years) in product management, corporate strategy, or AI development.
- Deep understanding of the current AI landscape, Large Language Models (LLMs), and predictive analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to forecast tech trends and build multi-year strategic roadmaps.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and scaling high-performing technical teams.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is preferred.
