Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with 18-month predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum AI, neural interfaces, and decentralized infrastructure
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging threats and opportunities across tech verticals
- Develop go-to-market frameworks for breakthrough innovations with $50M+ revenue potential
- Partner with venture capital arm to evaluate and integrate cutting-edge startups
- Present strategic briefings to board members and industry consortiums
- Manage $10M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology roles with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale companies
- Proven track record in launching at least 3 breakthrough tech products
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or blockchain ecosystems
- Executive-level experience with M&A and corporate venture capital
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, HBR, or top-tier tech journals
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
