Responsibilities
- Source and engage high-caliber technical candidates across software engineering, data science, and DevOps roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including screening, interviews, and offer negotiations
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with HR leaders at 15+ client companies
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies and compensation benchmarks
- Implement data-driven recruitment metrics to improve time-to-fill and quality-of-hire ratios
- Lead recruitment campaigns for urgent client needs in South Florida's competitive tech landscape
- Maintain accurate CRM records and generate weekly performance reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with SaaS or enterprise tech clients
- Proven track record of closing 15+ technical roles monthly
- Expertise in Boolean search strings and LinkedIn Recruiter Navigator
- Strong understanding of developer tools (Git, AWS, Docker) and modern tech stacks
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to negotiate complex offers
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
