Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary/permanent roles across diverse industries
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, Indeed, and our proprietary ATS
- Develop deep client relationships through consistent communication and needs assessment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging talent trends and salary benchmarks
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop targeted recruitment campaigns
- Maintain accurate records in ATS and provide weekly performance metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement KPIs
- Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Valid Florida driver's license with reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification a plus
