Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary, contract, and permanent positions
- Build and maintain relationships with top Mesa-area employers to understand hiring needs
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies using LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and skill assessments
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding
- Track key metrics and optimize recruitment processes weekly
- Collaborate with sales team to exceed client KPIs and retention targets
Qualifications
- 2+ years of agency or corporate recruiting experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding recruitment targets
- Expert knowledge of Mesa's job market and talent landscape
- Strong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Ability to thrive in urgent, high-volume hiring environments
