Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for diverse client portfolio including technical, clinical, and industrial roles
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies leveraging Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche job boards
- Conduct high-volume candidate screening and behavioral interviews using structured methodologies
- Manage client relationships through weekly pipeline reviews and strategic talent mapping
- Implement ATS optimization and data-driven recruitment analytics for continuous improvement
- Mentor junior recruiters while maintaining personal placement KPIs
- Participate in industry networking events to expand talent acquisition channels
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years corporate/staffing agency recruitment experience with proven track record
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Strong technical recruiting background with knowledge of developer tools and healthcare certifications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex roles to diverse candidates
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze recruitment metrics and optimize strategies
- ATS certification (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn) preferred
- Valid Indiana driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
