Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from application to placement
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments
- Facilitate onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies
- Utilize ATS systems for candidate tracking and reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years in recruitment/staffing coordination
- Proven track record in high-volume hiring
- Expertise with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of Portland's talent market
- Bachelor's degree in HR or Business field
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred
