Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across IT, Finance, and Healthcare sectors
- Build and maintain robust client relationships through proactive account management
- Execute full-cycle recruitment from job requisition to onboarding
- Analyze market trends to identify emerging talent pools and skill gaps
- Leverage our proprietary ATS to optimize candidate matching efficiency
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop employer branding campaigns
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through exceptional service delivery
Qualifications
- 3+ years in staffing, recruitment, or sales with proven track record
- Expertise in passive candidate sourcing and Boolean search techniques
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to close high-value placements
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Workday preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field required
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Valid NC driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to work evenings/weekends for client events
