Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across multiple industries using advanced recruitment techniques
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including interviews, assessments, and offer negotiations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand hiring needs
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media platforms for talent acquisition
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools and industry trends
- Collaborate with team members to optimize recruitment strategies and achieve KPIs
- Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure compliance with employment regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing experience (agency or corporate)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding placement targets
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and sourcing methodologies
- Proficient with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
